Average Delivery Times
Once an order is placed, Mia Zurich typically takes 1–3 business days for processing. Orders placed from Monday to Thursday are usually processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.
After processing, your order will be shipped. The delivery time is usually 6–11 business days, depending on your location. The total delivery time (processing + shipping) is typically 7–14 business days.

Place an Order
Go to the product page and click the black button "Add to Cart". Make sure you have selected the correct variant (size, color, etc.). Then click "Checkout". Enter your complete and correct address details, as incomplete or incorrect information may lead to delays. On the shipping page, please double-check all information before proceeding to payment.

All payment options offered by Mia Zurich are SSL encrypted to ensure secure transactions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and TWINT. After selecting your preferred payment method, click "Complete Order" and follow the displayed steps.
Shipping Costs
Mia Zurich covers the shipping costs to your doorstep. Returns are not free. Customers bear the return shipping costs according to our return and refund policies.
Shipping Method
We typically ship your order with DPD. Before shipping, your order is carefully processed and prepared in our warehouse before being handed over to the shipping service provider.
