Mia Zurich offers a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.
How can I return an item?

How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes after placing the order. After this time, processing begins automatically, and changes are no longer possible.
