Returns and cancellations
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
To accept a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in the same condition as received, including all parts, components, and original packaging.
Normal signs of use are acceptable, except for damage caused by improper use.
Items with hygienic relevance (e.g., socks, underwear) must be unused and unopened before return.
The item was damaged upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect.
A return will be processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, official confirmation and acceptance of the return will occur.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are obviously used or damaged outside of our responsibility.
How to return your order
Step 1: Send us an email
Send an email to: support@mia-zurich.ch
Please specify:
- Your order number
- Why do you want to return?
- In case of damage: Photo of the item
- Your name and address
Step 2: Wait for our response
We will review your request and then send you the return address.
Step 3: Return the package
Send the package to the address we provide you.
Important: Do not send to the address on the package!
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refund
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
The refund will be processed through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it and receive a full refund.
As we work with an automated system, the order will be processed immediately after this period. Cancellation is then no longer possible. In this case, you can return the goods after receipt.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement via email to support@mia-zurich.ch
The costs for returns after the 15-minute period will be borne by the customer.
Orders in the shipping process
Since our items are shipped directly through international partners, delivery times may vary depending on the region. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait for the receipt of the goods and return them if necessary.
Incorrect address details
It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct delivery information. We accept no liability for delayed or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect address details.
If delivery is not possible, the incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
If you would like the order to be resent after correcting the address, you will bear the reshipping costs and any fees.
Uncollected or refused packages
If a delivery is not picked up or is refused by the customer, it will be automatically returned to us.
